Directions to the Lodge

From Fairbanks: Drive south on Alaska 3 to Milepost 251, which is 110 miles south. Look for blue directional sign. Turn right on Stampede Road and drive 4 miles. EarthSong Lodge is above a tree line facing the Alaska Range.

From Anchorage: Drive north on Glenn Highway to intersection of Alaska 3. Turn left to Wasilla and continue north past Denal National Park and Healy. Go past Healy to intersection of Stampede Road. Turn left and drive 4 miles. Approximately 237 miles.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events occur and travel plans can change. Whenever possible, we strive to make modifying or canceling your reservation as smooth and transparent as possible.

Cancellation Terms & Refund Schedule

– 30+ Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of all payments made, minus a $45 administrative cancellation fee.
– Within 30 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival are completely non-refundable.

Why Our Policy Is Enforced
Because the Alaskan summer season is remarkably brief and our rustic cabin capacity is strictly limited, last-minute cancellations make it extremely difficult for a small, independent lodge to rebook vacant rooms. Consequently, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or adjustments for cancellations, modifications, or early check-outs made within the final 30-day window. This policy applies strictly regardless of the reason for the change, including but not limited to:

– Weather-related travel delays, flight cancellations, or road closures
– Sudden medical emergencies, personal matters, or altered vacation itineraries
– Unexpected late arrivals or premature departures

No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without providing prior notification will be considered a no-show and charged the full total of the entire reserved stay.

Third-Party Bookings
Reservations made through third-party platforms or travel agencies—such as Expedia, Airbnb, or Vrbo—are strictly governed by the specific cancellation terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Any requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds for these stays must be submitted directly through the respective platform where the original reservation was secured.

Modifying Your Stay
If you anticipate needing to adjust your travel dates, please reach out to us as early as possible. While our ability to accommodate alterations depends entirely on current cabin availability and our seasonal calendar, we are always happy to assist you however we can.
